Five year object of KYF

First:          To raise the standard of primary and middle school education in project location to that of prefectural capital, if not provincial capital.

Second:     To develop and define a set of advanced teaching methods and training programmes for teachers to achieve the First Object.

Third:         To distribute efficiently and widely the product of the Second Object throughout China to rural educational departments and other NGOs.

The Advisory Committee is charged to give guidance on how these three objects may be achieved within five years.   Part of the remit is to develop the methods for measuring results and outcomes, both educational and social, for the children and the professional standards achieved by the teachers.
